Each includes analytics and support.

After selecting a plan, restaurant completes secure payment setup via Stripe. For paid plans, they enter payment details through our secure Stripe checkout. Payment is processed instantly and the account is automatically activated with full access to selected plan features. Billing is handled monthly with automated invoicing.

Venue manager goes to dashboard and creates a voucher. They select deal type (percentage off, free item, BOGO, dollar amount), set restrictions (minimum purchase, valid days/times, party size limits, alcohol restrictions), and add terms. The voucher becomes a unique QR code and code (e.g., 'GC-REST123-X7K9M2') ready to claim.

A wellfd member discovers the restaurant or voucher, claims it to their digital wallet, and receives a unique code + QR code valid for 30 days from claim. They can view all voucher terms, redemption instructions, and restaurant hours.

Customer arrives at restaurant with phone ready. Venue staff scans the customer's QR code using the wellfd mobile scanner (built into the dashboard). Scanner shows deal details, check total, and automatically calculates the discount. Staff manually enters final check amount.

After scanning confirms all restrictions are met, staff taps 'Mark as Redeemed'. The voucher is locked (can't be used again), discount is applied to the check, and the system records: redemption date, actual savings, check total before/after, and staff member ID.
