This Acceptable Use Policy explains how the wellfd platform may and may not be used. By accessing or using wellfd.com (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to engage in any of the following activities:

1. Illegal Activity

Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

2. Fraud or Abuse

Creating fake accounts, manipulating vouchers, duplicating or misusing vouchers, or engaging in any activity intended to obtain unauthorized benefits.

3. Harassment or Abuse

Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users, restaurant partners, or wellfd staff.

4. Spam or Solicitation

Posting unsolicited advertisements, promotional content, spam, or any form of unauthorized commercial solicitation.

5. Malicious or Harmful Code

Uploading, distributing, or introducing viruses, malware, spyware, worms, or any other harmful or disruptive code.

6. Unauthorized Access

Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, other users' accounts, or wellfd systems without authorization.

7. Impersonation

Impersonating another individual, business, entity, or a wellfd representative.

8. False or Misleading Content

Posting false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or fabricated content, including fake reviews or ratings.

9. Automated Access

Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated systems to access or collect data from the Platform without permission.

10. Voucher Misuse

Sharing, selling, trading, or transferring vouchers in violation of voucher terms or Platform rules.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity:

Warning or notice of violation
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Removal of content
Restriction of Platform features
Legal action where appropriate

wellfd reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the Platform, its users, and restaurant partners, including cooperation with law enforcement when required.
