Voucher Terms & Conditions

Please review before claiming or redeeming any deal

Standard Voucher Terms

Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, the following terms apply:

• Valid for dine-in only

• One voucher per person, per visit

• Voucher must be presented before ordering

• Voucher must be shown on a mobile device or printed

• Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts

• No cash value; void if sold or transferred

• Valid only at the specified restaurant location

• Expires 30 days from date of claim

• Members may claim one voucher per restaurant at a time
(may re-claim after redemption if the deal is still active)

• Tax and gratuity are not included

• Blackout dates may apply (holidays, special events)

• Restaurant reserves the right to verify voucher authenticity

• Altered, duplicated, or reproduced vouchers are invalid

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced

• By redeeming a voucher, the member agrees to wellfd's Terms of Service

Happening Now Specials

Happening Now specials are limited-release, real-time offers with different rules.

• Fixed end time: Specials end at the exact time shown (not 30 days)

• Hold period: When claimed, a voucher is held for up to 10 minutes or until the special ends

• One at a time: Members may hold only one Happening Now voucher across all restaurants

• Expired holds: If not redeemed during the hold period, the voucher returns to the available pool

• At the Table specials: Claimable only by scanning an in-restaurant QR code

• Nearby specials: Claimable only when within approximately 300 meters of the restaurant

• Limited inventory: First-come, first-served until all vouchers are claimed

• One-time use: Happening Now vouchers cannot be claimed again after redemption

Note: Redemption always requires staff verification. Claiming alone does not apply a discount.

Percentage Discount Vouchers

• Discount applies to food purchases only

• Alcohol, tax, and gratuity are always excluded

• Maximum discount value may apply (shown on voucher)

• Minimum purchase requirements may apply (shown on voucher)

Free Item with Purchase Vouchers

• Free item has no cash value

• Requires purchase of an entrée of equal or greater value

• Substitutions are not permitted

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Vouchers

• Applies to items of equal or lesser value

• The lower-priced item is discounted

Time and Day Restrictions

Some vouchers may be limited to:

• Specific days of the week

• Specific time windows (e.g., lunch hours)

All restrictions are clearly displayed on the voucher.

Group Size Limitations

• Some vouchers may include party size limits

• Limit one voucher per table or party

• Checks may not be split to use multiple vouchers

Restaurant Partner Protections

• Restaurants are not responsible for typographical errors

• Restaurants may discontinue participation at any time

• If a restaurant closes, unused vouchers become void

• Menu items and availability are subject to change

Platform Disclaimers

• wellfd acts solely as a platform connecting members with restaurants

• wellfd does not control food quality, service, or dining experience

• Voucher disputes must be resolved directly with the restaurant

• Accounts may be suspended for voucher misuse or fraud

• wellfd reserves the right to deactivate vouchers in cases of abuse
